Notes: Yes, a lot of sequels, and also missing some youthful memory licensed games that Topsters didn't have available to select (hence the sequels). I also cheated with trilogies, I know, but in many cases I just don't have a "favorite" game there. Might be missing some Wii games since my Wii is still at the family house and I just don't remember what all I owned. AND finally, haven't actually played the first Dangaronpa game so woops, haha!
Very cool list, I don't recognize too many of these. Thanks for sharing!
Your welcome! Yes you saw Cotton & I love Cotton! It also has Mega SWIV(or Firepower 2000 as it's known here in the States), a sequel to SWIV, which in itself was a spiritual successor to Silkworm. There is also Lotus II: R.E.C.S., which is the Sega Genesis port of Lotus III: The Ultimate Challenge for the Amiga.
Dreams are boundless, imaginations are infinite, space is a multi-directional spiral & Akazukin ChaCha is my favorite anime

I made another list of obscure games I like!:
Toys (SNES/Sega Genesis): I've seen a fair bit of reviewers giving it very low scores, but personally I did find it interesting & well, not GOOD but decent strategic isometric shooter. That said, I can see why people don't like this game as it's balls hard & a fair bit cryptic on where to go. I have found some ways to get enemies down quick with the "useless" peanut gun so you can save up the more powerful items for later, tougher enemies. Tiny Tank (PS1): The only 3D platformer with tank controls in which said controls actually make sense & aren't a hinderance. The action is wicked smooth, the graphics are relatively good, the gameplay is simple, but effective & the cutscenes are absolutely hilarious. Puzzle Link 2 (Neo Geo Pocket Color): Ended up playing this for a while a few weeks ago & I LOVE IT. Fantastic game design, great graphics & a cute cast of characters! What's NOT to love? Motocross Mania (PS1): Ok, not as good as Ford Truck Mania, but it's quite hilarious with all the falling animations & even then, the driving is still a fun time. Power Piggs of the Dark Age (SNES): This game isn't all that great, but it's fairly competent & it's not overly frustrating. Also, this game has FASCINATED me because it feels like perhaps it's based on some long forgotten failed animated pilot. The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle and Friends (SNES/Sega Genesis): This one is from the same developers behind Toys(Imagineering) & like that game, it's fairly decent, but not good per se. The level design can be a bit rough at times(and dickish other times), the graphics may not be the best, but the controls are nice & it's not incredibly punishing either. Plus, unlike the NES & Gameboy trashheaps, the supporting segments of Dudley Do-Right & Peabody and Sherman get some representation here as bonus games to gain extra lives inbetween story arcs(yes, this 4th wall obliterating cartoon from the late 50s-early 60s had story arcs, so this is accurate to the original show) that contain 3-4 levels & a boss. Sweet! The pacing is nice as well, with the game not being too short or too long, just the right balance of length for a game like this. F1 (Sega Genesis): An impressive 3D polygon Sega Genesis showpiece & a good racing game on top of that! Kawasaki Superbike Challenge from the earlier list is the same deal, except on motorbikes. Velcro Mind (MS-DOS): Despite what the title screen may make you think, this is NOT a Simon clone. Instead it's a game where 4 different colored balls float around in space(heh) & your 4-colored spaceship must grab them & take them to the hands of those 4 colors. However, the particular side you use must match with the color of a ball(or multiple balls) you pick up & those balls must go into the matching color hand. The Adventures of Mighty Max (SNES/Sega Genesis): Based on the Mighty Max cartoon, which was in turn based on a toyline. I've seen people HATE on this game. I can see why, but for some reason I'm tolerant of this & personally, it's a decent game, if a bit on the quite hard side. The jumping is wonky & the control setup is a bit weird, but I LOVE the Genesis version's music(the SNES version's music goes from meh to awful, while the Genesis version played on an AtGames... well...), the level design is tolerable, even decent in some areas & the gameplay(pick up big objects & throw them into portals) I'd say isn't too shabby. Mega Turrican (Sega Genesis): Not sure about the C64 original duology, but this Sega Genesis-made game is awesome! The music from Christopher Hülsbeck is amazing German technorock, the graphics are fantastically epic with wild designs & the action is a fair bit fast. May not be as good as Contra: Hard Corps, but still an excellent game! Mr. Driller (Arcade/PS1): Downward Dig Dug game with great music, fun graphics & of course, a 90s anime boy protagonist. One of Namco's finest offerings during the late 1990s. Hyper Marbles (Sega Genesis): One of those Meganet games that never saw a cartridge release. A fun game where you bump a bunch of marbles into some thunder gates to destroy them. The music is especially pleasing to the ears! RC Revenge (PS1): A bunch of RC Cars going in wild races, including your own in a track editor. I've played it & so far I've been having a blast. I am planning on getting a physical copy of this game to play on my PS3 because it's so much fun! Bomboy (Sega Genesis): A fun little unlicensed Genesis game from Gamtec. It's a janky Taiwanese Bomberman clone, but a cute & fun janky clone. GLUF (Sega Genesis): A neato homebrew game that's a side-view Q*Bert somewhat. You jump on a few tiles to change them to a certain color, but unlike Q*Bert, it's far more puzzle oriented, having some interesting & well thought out level design. Gates of Zendocon (Atari Lynx): An easy, but nonetheless kinda fun shmup that has some rockin' title tune.
I'll finish these descriptions later. For now, I NEED SLEEP WHAT AM I EVEN DOING AT 5:59 IN THE MORNING.
1 DAY LATER: Live Wire! (PS1): It's 4-player Qix... sorta. A PAL exclusive game where you draw lines around a square to claim a space & make sure you have more space/squares claimed than the others. I found out about this game through PS1Fun IIRC, not having ever heard of it before. Virtual Pinball (Sega Genesis): This one I've uploaded gameplay footage of on my YouTube channel a while back. It's a crazy & fun pinball simulation where you can customize pinball tables & even make your own(no battery saving though unfortunately). I MUCH prefer this over the terrible Sonic Spinball anyday. Mission 3000 A.D.: A Bosconian clone for the Atari 2600 made by Taiwanese studio Bit Corp.(who also made their own portable console, the Gamate). It plays relatively well, even if it's balls hard. ATV Mania (PS1): Like with Virtual Pinball, I've uploaded a video & this one even has commentary so you're able to hear my voice which sounds like a British person on too much caffeine. Very fun racing game with powerups & in-between visual novel segments, but it's too short. Valis III (Sega Genesis): I played this one 2 days ago & I love it! I like that you have the ability to switch between different characters for different weapons & you can upgrade their powers as well. The music is also quite nice! Zool (SNES/Sega Genesis): I have this on Sega Genesis & it's a decent game. The movement is a bit fast & slippery, but my quick reaction times & eyes of detail can get me through a lot more than otherwise. Still quite hard & not all that great. The music by Matt Furniss rules though! Shatterhand (NES): I wish I got this when some local store had a copy of it for like, 10-15 dollars because this game is so good! Unfortunately, that opportunity was gone once I got back there after playing it via a website known as PlayNESGames. Sprint Cars: Road To Knoxville (PS2): A decent racing game I suppose? Okay, I guess it's more of an absurd & hilarious racing game. The controls are a bit wonky, but they're not BAD per se & with enough practice, I can see someone having a good time. Magical Chase (Turbografx-16): Fun Cotton-esque game with fantastic graphics & tight controls to get a grip with the speedy action! The character designs are also of the good 90s anime vibe I love so dearly, so that's a plus!
View Attachment Toys (SNES/Sega Genesis): I've seen a fair bit of reviewers giving it very low scores, but personally I did find it interesting & well, not GOOD but decent strategic isometric shooter. Oh wow, did you actually have a Neo Geo Pocket Color? Even among the arcade game obsessed people I have met throughout my life, not ONE of them owned a Neo Geo or Pocket Color. Interesting throwing in some unlicensed stuff there. I was actually trying to search Mr. Driller for a long time, and couldn't remember the name, and only got Drill Dozer, I think I had to go through random Wiki articles until I realized what it was haha And haha, I feel that. Thanks for sharing, I'm always up for seeing some unique choices in games!

No, I don't have a Neo Geo Pocket Color. Internet Archive's my friend on that system!
Good to know that my chart solved that driller game mystery of yours! Mr. Driller is a fun game that I wish to get a physical copy for PS1 one day alongside RC Revenge! For what it's worth, I DO have copies of Motocross Mania, Tiny Tank, ATV Mania & Ford Truck Mania & they play fine on PS3(minus the discs being quite scratched unfortunately: they're almost always scratched around here because people don't know how to take care of their games & it annoys me so much!).

And here's a list of obscure weird games!:
In this one, it's some obscure games that are quite weird. That doesn't mean I like all of them, but there are a few games I do like that are on here(with one being on the previous chart even because yeah it's a bizarre game):
Blueprint (Arcade) Off Your Rocker (Atari 2600): Unreleased game No Rules, Get Phat! (GBA) Slamscape (PS1): I did a video on this game; watch me not be able to get past the 1st freakin' level. Cyborg Justice (Sega Genesis) Live Wire! (PS1) Freefall 3050 A.D. (Nuon) Pac-Kong (Atari 2600) Gadget Twins (Sega Genesis): Good music, abysmal shoot-em-up with bizarre/awful gameplay mechanics Dynamite 100 (PS2): A Phoenix Games original! Super Dany (SNES): A game based on a French yogurt brand I-War (Atari Jaguar) Dudes With Attitude (NES) Bubble Trouble (Atari Lynx) Speedy Dragon (Super A'Can): A Taiwan-exclusive console Summer Santa (ZX Spectrum) Marvin's Maze (Arcade): One of SNK's pre-Neo Geo games. Seems to be a USA-exclusive despite being a Japanese game? Hong Kong got a PS Vita release via the downloadable Minis series, but was it planned for a Japanese release? This only ADDS to the weirdness of the game. Floating Runner (PS1): An early PS1 3D platformer. It has bizarre looking graphics & tank controls, but for what it's worth it looks to play A LOT better than Bubsy 3D. Wreckin' Crew (PS1): Yes, this is real. It's a British racing game that actually saw a release over here in the USA as well. Benny Hill's Madcap Chase (ZX Spectrum) The Flintstones: Bedrock Bowling (PS1): This is not your usual bowling game. Doofus (Amiga): A relatively decent game with some amazing music. Has an unfortunate caricature as an enemy in the 1st stage, but otherwise it's fine. I of the Mask (ZX Spectrum) Luigi & Spaghetti (MS-DOS): Nope, this bootleg game isn't from Taiwan or South Korea. It's a Spanish game! How to Be a Complete Bastard (ZX Spectrum)
On this list, we have: 1 unreleased game(Off Your Rocker) 9 PAL exclusives(Live Wire!, Dynamite 100, Super Dany, Summer Santa, Benny Hill's Madcap Chase, Doofus, Luigi & Spaghetti, How to Be a Complete Bastard) 1 Taiwan exclusive(Speedy Dragon) 2 USA exclusives?(Gadget Twins, Marvin's Maze(original release?)) No Japan exclusives(WILD) 4 games on failed consoles(Freefall 3050 A.D., I-War, Bubble Trouble, Speedy Dragon) 2 bootleg games(Pac-Kong, Luigi & Spaghetti) 7 3D games(Slamscape, Live Wire!, Freefall 3050 A.D., I-War, Floating Runner, Wreckin' Crew, The Flintstones: Bedrock Bowling) 7 computer games(Summer Santa, Benny Hill's Madcap Chase, Doofus, I of the Mask, Luigi & Spaghetti, How to Be a Complete Bastard): Coincidentally, all 7 games are PAL exclusives. 2 portable console games(No Rules, Get Phat!, Bubble Trouble) 2 arcade games (Blueprint, Marvin's Maze) 4 games from the 2000's(No Rules, Get Phat, Freefall 3050 A.D., Dynamite 100, The Flintstones: Bedrock Bowling)

Not sure if it was also you on that other thread making that commentary on European/PAL/EU exclusive games, but I think this topic definitely deserves more attention! There's some very unique games on there, heck even games that just succeed in Europe (and barely anywhere else) also deserve way more attention! Regional tastes are so interesting to study.

It was me. Who else would it be but the weirdo who posts a whole bunch of tracker music & Amiga music I find all around YouTube onto here?
I also made this thread about the found disks of legendary British programmer Archer McLean(R.I.P.) & articles(or "pages" as I like to call them because "webpage" is embedded in my brain) on Commodore 64 games on the main wiki such as Sunball, Mad Marbles, Raz, Outpost, Woodshoot & a few others(with special thanks I should give to Fred Gasking for the Games That Weren't website & its sub-site, GTW 64!), so it DOES go far & wide in how much I've researched on this particular subject of lost European games.
And yeah, there's still more to go. I think I flooded the article requests with various GTW 64 pages for games & I've even gotten this spreadsheet by nostalgist32x to include various unidentified Commodore 64/Amiga games.

Oh yeah, those other regions are definitely worth looking into as well! South Korea seemed to be in a weird limbo for a while, between licensed and unlicensed games and consoles in their market.
