Van Partible's attitude regarding Mess O Blues sure seems to suggest he's not fond of it.
Such a shame because there are so many people who don't care and just want the chance to see it. The few clips available online don't seem to suggest the whole thing looks bad. Even so, it might be forgiven since it is after all a pilot.
A furry with eclectic tastes who loves the 80s and 90s. Mostly 1984-1992.
To be honest, if van partible hated mess o’ blues so much, why does he still have the only existing copy of the pilot? Just curious. Also fun, if not slightly off-topic fact: the reason it’s called a TV Show pilot is because it’s the first time it’s on air. (Put the last word in bold so it’s easier to understand how the name originated)
You can value your own work but not want others to see it. I don't think that's weird at all.
Edit: I have copies of my old comics that I'm not going to share any time soon.
Similarly I have made my own comics, but as of now I'm not sure on how I can share them. I've also pretty much deleted a fair bit of my Akazukin ChaCha fanfiction out of backlash from myself, so there's that at least. They were near Sonichu levels of awful from what I could remember.
EDIT: I think the ones on Fanfiction.Net could be still up because I could never log into that account again so I could delete those as well. They could've been purged though by this time.
EDIT #2: I actually once considered doing a reboot of sorts for the ones on Fanfiction.Net that try to be better, but the possibility of it still reaching Bubsy cartoon pilot levels of horrendous writing made me not do it, especially since this was around a certain time back in 2022. Even today, I still feel like doing the reboot wouldn't go too well. I might consider it, but only time will tell.
I have worked on a number of TV shows where I specifically asked not to be credited and never kept a copy, because they were so awful. Thankfully, I wasn't. I won't say what they were and some are probably and rightfully lost. I am doing that, not because I want to be mysterious, but I also don't feel like outing people who maybe very proud of what was made.

Actually, I would like if it were ALSO to remain anonymous outside of that username.
Dreams are boundless, imaginations are infinite, space is a multi-directional spiral & Akazukin ChaCha is my favorite anime

Any of those shows happened to be anything animated or Seinfeld?

No, I am not American and I have not been lucky enough to work on anything animated.

Don't bother asking him. He's not going to answer that I bet.

I think you misunderstood my post. I love animation.
If so, then I assume this is a strong case of the animation industry from where you're from was probably in the dumps when you were around doing roles.
