For me it was Sammy, that was one piece of lost media I didn't think we would even see the aired episodes, much less all the unaired ones but we did and the show absolutely lived up to the hype and I can honestly say it's one of my favorite animated series of the 2000s.
The discovery of the Wicked Witch of the West episode of Sesame Street. For years it was hidden away after it original viewing and never shown outside of to some small groups of people very rarely. I was certain it was never going to be recovered unless Sesame Street themselves decided to release it and that seemed highly unlikely. People spent years messaging and asking for this episode to no avail until someone finally leaked the it online 46 years later.

I agree with you!
He cut his trail of tears across the countryside And where he went, women wept and men died One night he woke from a vision of his own death Saddled his pony and rode her deep into the West

For my own niche little bubble, Cards of Death or the formerly lost estuary scene from Jaws come to mind. Outside that a bit more would be All Lights Fucked on the Hairy Amp Drooling. It's been great to finally hear it after we all got the run-around for years. I don't think I bolted for links that fast when it's come to a big update like that.

Oh yes Cards of Death, I had to watch that one on Shudder when I heard it was found. For obscure films I was floored when The Farmer was finally found after having been teased by Code Red for over a decade and was glad when Scorpion Releasing finally gave it to us. I'm also glad that the uncut version of Psycho Girls was found(previously the uncut gore scenes were only available in a foreign dub).
What scene from Jaws are you talking about? i'm not familiar with that one.

It's great to hear about The Farmer. It's always a great day when one of these ends up resurfacing. I've gushed about this when Metal Noir was found a few years ago after being presumably nonexistant for over 20 years. I want to say after that, a couple other SOV titles were unearthed again, but whether or not they were ever truly lost (like Channel 13), I'm not entirely sure.
The estuary scene comes about while Brody's son is swimming with his friends, unaware of the attack that's happening closer to the shore line. Speaking of the shore line scene where we see Bruce for the first time, it was originally much more violent (particularly with what happens to one of the victims). I remember being taken aback by it and how intense the photos were and compared to the estuary scene, I'm not sure which one is more brutal. If anything that hasn't been released yet still exists, that would be great to see. After that, I think the next thing I'd hope comes forward is the Blue Man scene from Children of the Corn. It's probably still in the vault and I don't think fans were ever given a reason why it's never shown up on any releases of the film.

What's the "blue man" scene? not familiar with that one either.
There are two that have always felt more special to me than anything else-
The first would be when Clockman was found, which I feel like often gets overshadows or forgotten about. While I wasn't there for the majority of the search I remember the lore it had and how it was one of the most desired pieces back then. It sorta existed as this pipe dream that was always brought up in passing but I nobody thought would actually resurface. The fact that it did exist not only proved that topics which come from foggy memories can be legit but also that just about anything could be found.
Then my biased moment would be A Day With SpongeBob, not the search itself but rather when the search first took off. I believe that was August 2015 and it really took the internet by storm in ways that lost media hadn't at that time. I remember the news articles about it, people making all those fake screenshots for attention, and some of my friends who weren't even into lost media were telling me about the search. That was also right around the time when Jorge's first big lost media videos came out and when I started getting into lost media myself. It was such an important time in the community that without A Day With SpongeBob throwing people into that kind of culture, I really think the community would be much different looking nowadays.
It also goes without saying that we really haven't had a big search like that since which shows how monumental it was.

I'd also like to throw in the search for Crybaby Lane, I was lucky to be able to catch that happening in real time, even though it was before the lost media community really took off there was something really special about it and the fact that it actually got Nickelodeon's attention really says something.
