Wouldn't be TOO surprised considering one episode of Purno de Purno season 5 called Zwarte Sjakie had a blackface character in like, 2007. Dutch company Phoenix Games B.V. also accepted Snow White And the 7 Clever Boys for release on PS2 that same year &... well...
Wouldn't be surprised if they have some deep hatred towards the French as well considering Belgium's Northern side speaks Dutch while the Southern side speaks French. And by that sense, they could also have some hatred for Quebec.

Saw some more lost/found media that did not live up to the hype: Buzzy Boop at the Concert, a previously lost cartoon short from 1938. I have watched both of Buzzy Boop's cartoons now, and I'd describe her as the Cousin Oliver of the Betty Boop franchise. Betty appeared in one more cartoon, introducing her rather flavorless successor Sally Swing, before the Betty Boop series was quietly put to bed. Sally Swing never caught on, despite some rousing singing from a teenage Rose Marie, and no further shorts starring her were produced.
