Squidward nick at nite promo (S)

Hi there everyone! I remember a promo airing on Nick at nite in the early 2000’s. It was something with one of the shows and the mom asked squidward “why did you do it?” Or something like that and squidward had his arms crossed and said “no” and I believe the promo also had Dil from Rugrats in it. I tried looking for it on YouTube and haven’t been able to find it. Not sure if it’s lost media but I saw the Dora/George Lopez promo got found so maybe this one will too?
