I remember watching this show when it was on CBS's Saturday morning cartoon block KEWLopolis. The concept was fun, and the voice actors did a great job. It's sad that this was DIC's last animated series. According to Wikipedia there are 2 seasons with 26 episodes each (52 episodes total) and was on TV from November 3, 2007 to February 28, 2009.
Like many lost media it's so weird that so obscure, it wasn't that long ago that it was on TV, the average person could have easily recorded it, and yet it seems like no one did. Too bad that there's never been a physical or digital release. I think that if WildBrain; the current rights owners, posted the series on youtube it would definitely get views. Perhaps, sending a friendly, professional e-mail to them will encourage them to release the episodes digitally?

That's good. I hope we can find more episodes and more people will join the search. There are a few other recordings on the Internet Archive: archive.org/search?query=sushi+pack Also, it looks like all of Season 1 of Sushi Pack is on amazon prime. I can't confirm if the episodes play because I don't have an AP account, so if someone who does can confirm if they're really available that'd be great.: www.amazon.com/Sushi-Pack-Season-1/dp/B01IFMAPMM

There are 52 11 minute episodes, there are 2 segments in each episode on prime, that means all episodes are on here but they are out of order

I saw this post on Sunday night and wasn't able to respond. I had to make an account at first and today I finally got it approved. I was able to find the playlist you made for Sushi pack and looked through it. On that playlist you had a lot of videos from Samantha's story productions. I looked through her channel and was able to find a clip from one of the lost episodes, Sweet Tooth. The video is a minute and 46 seconds long, so most of the episode is still missing. I asked the person who had the clip if they had the full episode, but they said no. I'm not sure where I can find these other episodes at, but I'm going to try to look for some more.
Firstly, I want to correct something I said before. There is in fact 1 officially released DVD of Sushi Pack but it doesn't contain all of the episodes (the DVD packaging doesn't say what episodes are on there, but I did find a video of someone going through the DVD menu. [ www.youtube.com/watch?v=7luvZkINaWs ])
What really caught my eye is that there are storyboards being sold (presumably by one of the artists that worked on the show, or perhaps a collector) on ebay. For example: "Sushi Pack Production Storyboard of the OPENING CREDITS 2007 from DIC Pg 9" ( Ebay Listing Link )
The seller has quite a few of these rare, one of a kind storyboards and other production art from the series. These images should be saved and preserved on the Internet Archive before the listings are over/sold.
Also, 8 Sushi Pack flash games are backed up and are playable with Flashpoint. I'm not sure if there were other games on the old Kewlopilous website.
Although there was another thread about this last year that thread didn't seem to go anywhere, I hope this thread leads to us actually searching/finding all the episodes and also archiving any other rare Sushi Pack stuff like those storyboards.

I own this DVD, it's a single episode known as "Every Body Is Some Body" (Wasabi Pow and the Mayor swap bodies thanks to the mysterious powers of an ancient urn) alongside the "Beat the Heat" flash game, character bios, and coloring stuff.
