Hi there everyone! I’m looking for an episode of a cartoon that used to air on Boomerang. I’m not sure that exact year it was from but what I do remember is:
It was in color
The villain was dragon themed I think
And the villian got turned into a baby at the end.
I think it was from a show involving mystery solving. And it had an Asian girl I think. I’m sorry I wish I could remember more.I don’t remember the name of it.

A few other things I remember about it:
I think it was either an episode of a show or a short they showed in between shows.
The villain was a thief and has a dragon themed name (I think)
The villain was trying to steal invention (maybe)
I wish my memory wasn't so vague on this.

This is probably way off, but could it be Codename: Kids Next Door. It’s not from the ‘70’s/‘80’s, but it did air on Boomerang. There was an episode called Operation CABLE-TV that did end with the villain being turned into a baby, but he wasn’t dragon themed (he did have a giant robot).

Could it be The Life and Times of Juniper Lee? I know it's not from the 70's or 80's but I think it did eventually air on Boomerang. I never finished watching the show and I don't remember if a dragon-themed villian gets turned into a baby but considering that there's magic in that series it's possible.

No it's not that one but I do remember and love that episode of Kids Next Door!

No, it's not that one either. I remember the Life and Times of Juniper Lee. I remember whatever the cartoon was, it aired before the rebrand of Boomerang in 2015. It was a like a hanna Barbara style cartoon. It may have had a boy instead of a girl. Thanks guys!

Sure! It's the 1980 series by Hanna-Barbara. I found it on the Boomerang streaming service.

Oh yeah, I kinda had the feeling it was the 1980 one since that one tended to stray further away from the source material compared to the 1996 one which was more faithful to the original comic strip.
