There are many shows/movies I used to love as a kid but now I don't care about or hate, such as Caillou, Barney (although, I feel bad for both of them for being hated a lot), alongside others. One example of a used-to-be childhood favorite that is now something I want to avoid is the High School Musical franchise. I was in love with all three movies as a kid, but nowadays I don't like them, mostly because of most of the songs being annoying.
I suggest we contact Peter Oldring, who portrayed the titular character in Season 1. He has been in many animated TV shows from Canada and, just like Jessica, this show is his first credit on IMDb.
Peter even voiced Rabbit, the main character on My Friend Rabbit.
He also voiced Cody in the "Total Drama" franchise.
At least this English localization has some sort of clear evidence unlike that "Viper" dub of Lupin III: Part 1. Also, I've seen the Latin American Spanish dub of "Lupin III: Part 1", and for some reason, the ending credits were in English instead of Spanish.

The fact that some of the Saban dubs (including Rock'n Cop, which kind of reminds me of Lupin VIII since it takes place in the future and the main protagonist is a cop who kind of looks like Lupin III) was never released in the US yet has non-English dubs based on the Saban English dubs that are easy to find reminds me of the situation with the Vitello/Phuuz dub of Crayon Shin-chan (the Phuuz dub is lost and the closest thing to watching the dub is the non-English dubs that are based on it). I'm curious about the Saban dub of Rock'n Cop because I don't know the voice cast of that dub and where it's recorded at. I'm guessing that it's recorded in Montreal, but Los Angeles is a likely dub location.

They accidentally aired a horror movie on Treehouse TV? Wow. I wonder who the man looks like. Also, I think "chorus" is actually referring to Corus Entertainment.

I have just found out about this from LSuperSonicQ and managed to track down a epub of the 2nd edition of the encyclopaedia and can confirm no mention of the viper in either the Lupin section of any references to Lupin with any of the mentions of Viper elsewhere in the book. All mentions of Viper in the book refer to Viper GTS except for one alternative name in the Kimba the white lion section.
However it is interesting that in the Lupin section mention is made that the name copyright dispute was started after the original Lupin creator’s estate found about the anime from an Australian broadcast of the dub of the Miyazaki written eps. As an Australian I am shocked at how often my homeland seems to be a part of the weird anime dub stories.
Sorry for the double post, but the English dub of the two Miyazaki-written episodes of "Lupin III: Part 2" aired on Australian television? I never knew that.
I can accept that the dub might not be real. After all, the sources that were mentioned likely either don't exist or are deleted/fell into obscurity. Besides, we already have a recent English dub of "Lupin III: Part 1" that was publicly released, and the closest thing to an older English dub is the 90's American Spanish dub of the anime (which was renamed "Cliffhanger").
