Around 2015, I was looking at Wikipedia for British puppetry TV shows, and one of them I found was a 90's BBC kids' show called "Phillip's Wish", which ran from 1993-1997. There was very little to no info on this show, aside from the crew that were involved, the production companies that made it (Hibbert Ralph Entertainment and BBC Kids World, which might be an alternate name for BBC Children's International) and it was presumed to be created by Britt Allcroft of "Thomas & Friends", "Magic Adventures of Mumfie", and "Thomas and the Magic Railroad" fame.
I once tried looking for the show, but I ended up getting unrelated results. Then, I tried looking at CBBC continuities from 1993, the year the show premiered, but there were no mentions nor footage. There even used to be a section of the series on the CBeebies website, but nowadays it's a dead link that is presumably not archived.
