Hello, I'm trying to find a weird animation, possibly by OneyNG but likely from a third party, called "The Sicksons 2," a sequel to that animation he made that he's desperately trying to forget he ever made.
In this animation it plays out similar to the Sicksons, but halfway through all of the characters lose their motivation, and then proceed to rip off their masks and reveal they were actually different characters in costumes this entire time and that they can't keep making unfunny parodies. I remember specifically that Lisa was the Jetix logo, or something similar?
I could be misremembering this as "Sicksons 2" and it might actually be a followup to an entirely different Simpsons parody, but I specifically remember the first one being stupid with no real direction and Chris's video fits that description perfectly.
Thanks ahead of time, sorry about such a vague description, I haven't seen this animation in over a decade now so my information is limited.
I remember a British comedy show doing a sketch very similar to this, maybe it's a version of that?
"oooh, you're a- a freaked out child in the woods..."
Now THAT'S an odd coincidence. Just a couple hours ago, I watched Siskel and Ebert tear this apart. It has some historical value, it should be available in its entirety.
I agree, although it would be tough to recreate without the original laserdisc masters available

Remember Splatalot? The kiddy-version of Wipeout from the early 2010s with Jason Agnew and Matt Chin as hosts? I remember visiting some relatives in Australia where I watched the Australian version of this show - it was pretty much exactly the same except that the commentary made by Jason and Matt was replaced with Kayne Tremills and Scott Tweedie. The same was done for the UK, with Dick and Dom as hosts.
The reason why I mention this is because while the American and British versions of the show can easily be found on Youtube, I cannot for the life of me find the Australian version ANYWHERE. The only thing I was able to find was this 30 second promo of Splatalot for ABC3. Whatever website claimed that they had the episodes available for streaming don't have it anymore, and nothing on Vimeo, Dailymotion, or the deep recesses of Youtube gives any results. I've even tried my hands at other websites like Facebook and Twitter, or different search engines like DuckDuckGo.
This is so strange to me because it literally feels like I'm being gaslit into believing that this version of Splatalot didn't exist at all. I didn't think I would even be this interested in finding this version - it was only after I realized that the internet seems to have none of its content did I find the motivation to find this version. Even just a singular episode would be enough for me, but I still would like to one day be able to find the whole series with the Australian hosts.
As someone who is kinda new to Lost Media, actually having been introduced to this community because of my search for this show, can anyone help me find leads or point me in the direction of where to look? While I have looked as much as I can, I'm sure there is a lot of stuff I could be missing, so any help would be amazing.

If I were you I'd have just made another thread and been done with it. But from what I've seen you never met a confrontation you didn't like. I think ziggy had a point when he called you out for exactly that in that thread he made in LMW discussion.
what sense would making another thread about the same piece of lost media do? I'm guessing you missed the part where ziggy said he was wrong for making that post in the first place(and he definitely was).
Actually in general i'm pretty non-confrontational, but there are some things I just can't ignore and this is one of them.
We could use a megathread about all of the media cancelled or otherwise shelved since the WBD merger. Would help to coordinate all of the searches, which have been pretty slapdash and all over the place up to now.

Well I guess all I have to say to you is that you need to get a better scope of people to talk with. There's plenty of rightoid dogwhistles in this world, but something like that word is not one of them.
Oh I would never talk willingly to these cretins, I just happen to see those kinds of posts on social media whenever I click on trending topics related to superhero films. Even if OP isn't one of them I still don't think this thread should've had such a negative title as it helps nobody and makes it sound like he thinks the film being lost is a good thing, which is totally against the spirit of this community. I saw plenty of asshats online saying it was a good thing the film was "lost" cause it had a trans actress in it, so you can see how someone would see the title of a post like this and think whoever made it was celebrating the film being lost.

Because as we all know, only nazis don't like superheroes. Grow up.
No you "grow up" also if you'll notice I never said the word "nazi" LOL next time use better reading comprehension mkay? I'm just saying every single time i've seen that dumbass term used it's always by those alt-right trolls who get butthurt over Marvel movies cause they have strong female characters and minority characters etc. The people who dislike the films for actual valid reasons never use that term.
I'm surprised I didn't call this out last year when this thread was originally posted, should have back then.
Is it possible for mods to change titles of threads? I think this thread should be renamed to something less hostile and negative sounding.

I think finding that manny oramas guy is the key, assuming he looks like the pixely face on the cover we could potentially track down his twitter or something and ask why he took the song down? only issue is that that is kinda doxxing but im not sure
Finding publicly available information on the internet isn't exactly doxxing.

I would actually want to see that, I want to see how low the CW has gotten since Riverdale (or rather the part of Riverdale where they all get powers for some reason).
I lost interest in the CW when everything became either a superhero show or high-fantasy drama, I miss the days of more grounded dramas like Life Unexpected, Melrose, Hellcats(still mad about how badly that show got screwed over) and Hart of Dixie, the PPG pilot actually sounded better then some of the stuff that's on there right now.
Yeah, all those Berlanti shows really bleed into eachother.
