The show you saw was probably Fact or Faked:Paranormal Files. Now you just need try to look through all the episodes and try to find the specific one you saw...
Actually, after reading over your post again, I'm not exactly sure if what I said is the show you're talking about.
Well either way, if anyone else was looking for the same "weird shorts" on either YTV or Teletoon as I have been, there they are.
Yeah, that's not it, but thanks anyways! I think I remember seeing this one back in the day too haha. The shorts I'm thinking of though, they were completely in claymation,I remember that quite clearly. The characters in that FunPak thing are animated,it's not claymation,so yeah...
That's strange, people have reported that they work fine on WIndows 7. Did you run it as admin? Maybe try messing with the compatibility settings,or running it in 256 colors mode.
I did all those things and it's still distorted
Did you try running it at a 640 x 400 resolution ?

Thanks! But unfortunately when i downloaded the spongebob one, he was all distorted. But thanks anyway! EDIT: Actually is there someway to not make him distorted? Or is he just that way because the application was used for old computers?
Oh yeah,I just watched some of those bumpers and I think the claymation style is similar. The thing is,I'm pretty sure these shorts lasted maybe about 1-2 mins each tho, while these bumpers are only a couple of seconds. Also, they always featured the same two characters, while the YTV bumpers have all sorts of different random characters appearing in each one. Plus,I'm pretty sure I saw it on Teletoon, not YTV. It's really odd tho,how the claymation style looks so similar. Maybe it was done by the same company ?
I watched TreehouseTV a lot when I was a kid. There is one thing I remember but have never been able to find. Sometimes between shows they would play these shorts which were in the same format as their commercials, but they weren't commercials for anything. They were called "Get Up and Go Go" and were simply a bunch of clips of shows on the channel played over music that encouraged you to "Get Up and Go Go." It was so weird because they rarely showed them and when they did you just weren't expecting it. For example, they took part of the Berenstain Bears show where they are dancing to a record and put this music to it. At the end of the clip they would encourage you to "Get Up and Go Go" and say "Now it's your turn." The clips were on treehousetv.com for a short time but were removed when they updated their media player. They also had one for Max and Ruby, Franklin, and others I'm sure. I want to say there was around 7-10 of them total.
I remember that "Get Up and Go Go" thing. I think it was part of some kind of effort to get kids to exercise more lol. These videos were very lazily produced, they would literally just take a segment of some show in which the characters were exercising and put the music over it. The music was just some guy yelling "Get up and go go ! " over and over again, with an energetic techno tune. I remember one of them was a loop of the penguin from The Backyardigans kayaking. I hated these back when I was a kid, they bored me to death lol.
Oh yeah,I remember those underwear pirates hahaha ! That was claymation too, right ? Did Xilam do any claymation ? It would be nice if we could find some of these shorts, they're pretty interesting/bizarre, especially this one that I'm thinking of . Now that I think about it though,I'm not sure if this even had any sort of title card or anything. I think it would just kinda start. This could make it even harder to find :/ . Not sure about that tho, maybe there was a title card and I just forgot.
Back around 2006 - 2008, I remember seeing these really strange claymation shorts/fillers in-between shows on Teletoon. I think these came on somewhat late at night, but not too late, like around 9pm - 10pm or so. They featured these two characters who looked like deformed midgets doing random stuff in some bizarre, usually filthy-looking setting. I think one of them had an orange head and the other one a blue one. Not sure about that. Anyhow, there's only two shorts which I actually remember the content of. In the first one,the two of them were both standing on the opposite ends of a teeter-totter,taking turns jumping on it and launching each other up into the air. When one of them was launched up into the air,his body parts would fly off,and then as the other one was launched up his corresponding body parts would also fly off and they would swap. So,for example, one of them would fly up and then his arms would fall off, then the other guy would go up and his arms would also fall off, and then the first guy's arms would attach themselves to the second guy's body, and vice versa. They kept swapping body parts like this for a little while, until the short ended with both of their heads falling off and also swapping bodies. In the second one, I think they were running around in some sort of maze, and the walls looked really filthy and damp. They try lots of different paths, run into dead ends ect ect, and then the short ends when they find their way out of the maze. Does anybody know what this is ?
