Nobody is saying that High Guardian Spice is literal propaganda. What Extremewreck2000 is saying is more nuanced than that. You guys are losing your minds because somebody mentioned Tomorrow's Pioneers in the same paragraph as High Guardian Spice.

I'm going to quote his message out of context since you seem to like doing that as well.
"It is THE worst, most PAINFUL show I've ever had the knowledge of knowing existing. Not even Tomorrow's Pioneers gave me as much pain as this did."
He's directly comparing the two. One of them has a kill count, and the other is some shitty cartoon that he doesn't like.
He's directly comparing them in terms of his subjective reaction. Maybe the cartoon really was more difficult for him to watch than the propaganda.
Seems like a rather silly thing to get upset over, if you ask me.
Not really no, it seems pretty reasonable to get upset over comparing a fucking kids cartoon to goddamn war propaganda, if you can't see how fucked up that is you are unbelievably naive and ignorant.

LOL "nuanced" my ass troll, only one "losing their mind" here is you fool.

I agree with that. It may be a bit of a weird comparison in my part, but I had the spirit.

Well to be fair, those 2 are the kind of guys who would love to call people trolls & are VERY ignorant in the subtle subliminal messages that some things have throughout including the cartoon. There's a thing I like to call "hidden brainwashing" where you have to actually pay a bit more attention to notice certain things going on & even I may not pay attention to that stuff sometimes. In some cases, like with the cartoon, you may have to know about previous shows or stereotypes of the groups represented that seem to be irrelevant at first, only to eventually connect the dots later on with lots of investigating. Yeah that giant rant I did on TerribleTVShows Wiki didn't come out of nowhere, it came out of connecting the many dots I had at that time & coming into some really disturbing realizations; lying about the budget, ripping off a classic 90s manga & anime series that most people in the US likely don't know about & the homophobic/transphobic undertones it hides from ignorant people who WON'T know much about the history of LGBT+ representation & stereotypes.
And strange thing is, even at this time when I once thought of NOT WANTING TO TALK ABOUT THIS SHOW, I am connecting more dots it seems! I am seriously rethinking just about everything that happened throughout the show & it's only gotten even more disturbing in my eyes. I think I have a new theory about what this show's overall message is & let me tell you... it ain't pretty.

spare me your BS conspiracy theories, you're the one being brainwashed here by the alt-right. You are to quote Cypress Hill "Insane in the Membrane" the show was paying homage, not ripping off genius and no they did not lie about the budget troll.

I wonder if everybody would have gotten as mad if your initial posts had explained all that. I obviously can't make any guarantees, but maybe they wouldn't have filled in the blanks by assuming the worst.

Well, I didn't even want to go further with this show other than saying that I wished it was lost, but apparently some butthole decided to be a jerk & just said nothing but a bunch of messages that were really nothing more than just petty insults, saying that the cartoon is """good""" without giving out any reasons & some other stuff that I don't want to say because I just want to get this over with: Anyways, here is my absolute theory behind what the show stands for!
So, what is this theory you may ask? Well, if one were to have read what I have said about the show previously, you would know that I have the beliefs that the people: 1. Lied about the budget because they're a bunch of pieces of crap who are petty & egotistical to levels that can only be matched by 2 other individuals: Yanderedev & Michael Berlyn 2. They ripped off the forever classic 1994 anime Akazukin ChaCha & its earlier 1991 manga of the same name with no shame what-so-ever 3. Made the LGBT+ characters be nothing more than awful & harmful characters just to further rub salt on the wound already caused by the first two.
Now when I thought about those 3 points I had, I put two-and-two together & then, out of the blue, I realized that this show has a hidden horrifying message that I desperately need to say or else I'll just keep thinking about it for longer than I ever should: I have a theory that this show's overall message is, "if you're LGBT+ then you are automatically a failure that will only be very inferior to that of cis straight people." Now, let me explain this before you guys go on a band wagon of shouting things that won't actually help at all:
Let's talk about the characters that seem to be LGBT+ characters & why I made such a theory:
Rosemary & Sage are at the very least bisexual as seen in some episodes: You know what they also are? Rosemary is a more jerkass version of ChaCha, complete with all of ChaCha's charm completely stripped away, & not to mention being a Mary Sue, which can be seen as them saying that being a bisexual apparently makes you a depraved monster that only wants to kill everyone around you & waits for the chance to do so. She was likely thinking of doing that at the moment when everybody was trusting her, just so she can backstab them & kill them all. Then there is Sage, who is a """smart""" witch that... is actually really stupid as far as her talking goes: she just whines like a brat like Rosemary, as if she is her enemy, despite the fact that they're supposed to have been friends since childhood. This can come off as... well, I'll further go into that later on, but for now let's go on further with Sage, shall we? Well, Sage is known to be quite a misandrist as shown in episode 6 where she says to Snapdragon relationships between girls are deeper than relationships between guys, which can be taken as "If you're LGBT+ & someone else is on a different spectrum of it, you'll be a whiny bag of cries & hate on that person, then that person will likely hate you back." Unfortunately it seems that people on Twitter are doing this & as a gay man myself, it's just sad to think that people would stoop that low.
So I have killed 2 birds with one stone, so I shall grab another stone & kill another bird: Snapdragon, ohhhh this is gonna get interesting. Snapdragon is known to act very feminine throughout the show & was bullied for being soft, then Caraway(we'll get to THAT butthole later) saw Snap beat up Cal & talked to Snappy about the idea of transitioning to another gender. I can see this as the writers saying, "men who act even slightly feminine are doomed to believe that they're a girl." This can come off as REALLY harmful to men who are feminine because of the mere idea that girls can be the only ones who are feminine, like CAN WE SERIOUSLY JUST LET THEM BE THEMSELVES!?!? THEY'RE HUMAN BEINGS TOO YOU KNOW!!! It doesn't mean forcing them into feminity because that'd just be stupid & hypocritical of me, but rather if they're just feminine men & are not hurting anyone, please don't go & start clarifying them as transwoman like that transphobic Caraway.
Oh yeah, Professor Caraway. Let's get into him & see what part of it he represents: Now in the infamous episode, "Transformations", Rosemary accidentally damages her sword & Caraway asks to speak to her in private. Caraway reveals that he was friends with Rosemary's mother & also reveals that he uses transition magic every month to become his ideal self, revealing that he was a girl at some point. Now, the positions used here can suggest a groomer kind of position, being that Rosemary is very much younger than Caraway by at least a decade. And then we have the Snapdragon conversation, which he decides to recommend that she use transition magic to turn into a girl. This right here can be interpreted as "those who pretend to be a gender they're not may force others to do the same." which is just absolute bullcrap in my books. If someone feels more comfortable about being the other gender, then that person should definitely be allowed to. That does not mean that you should get arrested for saying them as the wrong gender; again, that'd be hypocritical & stupid of me. REALLY stupid. I like to make such things clear because some people on some site would try to twist this into me saying such supremist things I don't actually agree with at all, because again, we're human beings & no human being is perfect, so of course someone's gonna think you're the other gender. Happens all the time, not a big deal, don't get too angry at those people, just correct them... unless they're doing it out of pure maliciousness.
And finally, the one that I didn't hint at in any capacity, but quite possibly the ultimate one to complete the theory: Slime Boy. Yes, that Slime Boy, who seems to be gay. He isn't very feminine, but not very masculine either. He doesn't seem to have any interest in girls, only blushing when "bumbleseed" is said by someone I don't remember & keeping a fair distance compared to say Aster & Cal who love to get into their business. He hides in his shed a lot it seems, not actually doing anything at the academy, almost as if he's avoiding somebody. I explained it quite a bit here, but to try & summarize what could've possibly happened:
Caraway must've been doing this forcing transition thing for years at this point, not just on Snapdragon but on other people as well. Caraway DOES look to be in his 30s, which can further cement the possibility of him doing it multiple times. Now how does that connect to Slime Boy? Well, as far as we know, he isn't known to have participated in any classes at all, suggesting that he mostly just hangs in the shed by himself. Very rarely does he ever come out of this shed of his & one time it was just for an instrument he was playing that day(a harp or an accordion, depends on either 1 of 2 episodes, "Past Present" & "The Festival of Fall, Part Two"). Well, the harp seems to be used for some kind of crying song that he hints at in "Past Present", the episode of which he pretends to be participating in school times when really he isn't.
He seems to not be from the side of Lyngarth everyone else lived at & presumably had crushes on boys before this at different schools from what the others went to back in the day. One of them stayed for longer than the others & developed a loving relationship with Slime Boy, & presumably he was nicknamed "Bumbleseed". They bump into Caraway & being the person he is, Caraway absolutely guilt trips Bumbleseed into drinking some of that transition potion. Bumbleseed refuses, which then makes Caraway try & forcefeed him the drink, in which Bumbleseed starts to run off. Slime Boy ends up going the other direction out of fear that Caraway already caught onto his boyfriend, crying along the way. Fortunately, Caraway blurted out his name, letting SB know who to avoid. And thus, when he went to High Guardian Academy in secret, probably thanks to some people he knew beforehand & was able to hide in a shed. Few times would he now want to get out of that shed & mainly it is to sing a "crying song" of him losing his boyfriend & how he could've prevented it from happening.
Ok, that's just speculation, but then again this show didn't give me all that much to get out of him due to having very little screen time throughout the whole series. To sum it up though, Slime Boy's loneliness & crying song can be seen as "No matter how hard an LGBT+ person can try, they'll never find love as nobody out there shall love that person back.", which can be really harmful in some ways, like if IDK let's just say some guy gets bullied for being gay. I know that can be really hard to deal with, but just because a bunch of people against you are throwing nothing but insults towards you doesn't mean you should stop finding love. Perhaps you can find someone who actually trusts you deeply after a couple of months of being with them. Maybe one of those bullies is just very closeted even. Who knows? If you do end up living alone, that's fine too, I'm not condemning those people at all. I'm just saying, in the right circumstances, one could definitely find love, even if it seems impossible at first.
Now with all of that out of the way, let's count the amount of characters here: Rosemary is 1, Sage is 2, Snapdragon is 3, Caraway is 4, Aloe is 5, Anise is 6 & Slime Boy is 7. Yup, 7 characters. You know what ALSO counts up to 7? Deadly. Sins. I know that sounds really stupid, but I can definitely see this show as showcasing LGBT+ people as nothing more than being ""inferior"" to that of straight people, even though it is really a bunch of bullcrap done as a way to make actual LGBT+ people like me feel miserable, which is certainly how I felt when watching & researching this awful cartoon.
And as a final note to all of this: Yes, LGBT+ people can indeed come off as crap, but so can other people. We're all human beings at the end of the day. Personalities will differ even within certain communities & they can make someone unique or interesting, but even with those they should all be treated as just equals. It doesn't matter the sexuality, race, gender, size, feels, or really anything else, as long as you're not a harmful person, you are definitely qualified to have equal rights like the rest of us. Unfortunately, these days a ton of people within the LGBT+ community, alongside a lot of fakers, think of trying to act as oppressed as possible & while I can understand the frustration of not being represented, one should not just be like "MAKE CHARACTER TRANS" or go "HATE CIS HETERO MALE" or any of that stupid bullcrap. No, just no. Crap like that is just gonna further make us all look like a bunch of immature idiots who snort cocaine all the time like it's "ThE gReAtEsT tHiNg EvEr MaDe". If you see people who say crap like that unironically, then just avoid them. They're not worth talking to anyway.
With all of that said, I'll be heading out soon: it's getting late now, & after this I'll go & find something else to do in my time because quite frankly I want to wipe this show away from my mind for GOOD. See you then... unless you're those guys, in which case I'll keep ignoring you guys. You know who you are, not gonna call any names.
Well to be fair, those 2 are the kind of guys who would love to call people trolls & are VERY ignorant in the subtle subliminal messages that some things have throughout including the cartoon. comparing a light-hearted cartoon to war propaganda certainly ranks among the worst comparisons i've ever seen online.

only "stupid bullcrap" here is your lame-ass post, nobody is saying to "hate" cis males, so don't even try to play victim here or act like you are being oppressed when you are not in reality you transphobic POS. You are the only "faker" here troll. You accusing LGBTQ people of "acting" oppressed shows what a vile human being you are.
They didn't "rip off" a damn thing and your awful summary of the show shows how ignorant you are, and the fact that you conveniently ignored a post by a trans man calling you out on your bullshit shows what a coward you are.
You mention you’re gay once as like… an offhand sentence. You’re a member of the LGBTQ+ community, dude! If this show makes you feel uncomfortable due to stereotypes/harmful writing, you have every right to feel uncomfortable and express your distaste. I’m sorry that I assumed you weren’t gay, next time feel free to call me out on my bullshit 👍
