I believe that the song came from a show or a movie, either animated or live-action, performed by a fictional pop star played/voiced by an actor/voice actor who can sing.
I don't think it's a hoax either. I think it's just some obscure song from the 80's/90's that played on TV once before falling in the depths of obscurity.
I'm mixed on that IMO. On one hand, it can kinda suck that a piece of media can't be found in its original language. On the other hand, at least it shows that more people HAVE known & seen it than just those in one country. Plus I'm rather fond of things from other countries. Sure, I love me some Space Cats & Comix Zone, but I am also into other countries' works. Oscar's Orchestra from the UK is a fun cartoon about instruments stopping a villain whose ruling a town where music is banned, I love Western European(France, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Nordic countries, UK, Ireland, etc.) music, The Bluffers is an interesting & dark 1980s Dutch cartoon & Akazukin ChaCha (Japan) is like, one of the best TV shows I've ever seen in my life! As a result, seeing dubbed material can be interesting, especially if a dub has a different(and sometimes, better) theme song than the original.
Oh i've got nothing against fictional media produced in other countries, i'm just saying I can't enjoy stuff that was originally made in English if it's dubbed in another language is all.
It's OK to feel that way, just like how you felt about TV commercials and some popular media. I like dubs and commercials, but I can respect your different opinions as not everyone is going to like or hate the same things.
Well, I don't know. Some people in this thread do believe it's fake. It's probably mixed up with "William's Wish Wellingtons" if "Phillip's Wish" is actually fake.
I remember when looking at the "Club Joey" page on Creepypasta Lost Episodes Wiki and noticing that during one of Alfred Neuhauser's video logs (he's one of the creators of the "Club Joey" cartoon), he told a tragic backstory behind one of the disturbing images he put in one episode of the cartoon, where a girl from the 1900's was locked inside her room for a very long time by her strict mother due to the latter not approving the person the former fell in love with. When I looked at the TV Tropes page for the trope "Nightmare Face", the photo with the tragic backstory was included as an example and I was shocked that the event was real, since creepypasta stories were mostly just spooky stories loosely based on real life events or were entirely fictional. This is why I was interested in the "Club Joey" page, because the article was so good that it sounds believable, and who knows, maybe it was based on some weird actual cartoon with a similar premise that aired during kids' blocks on syndicated television. Sadly, the article was deleted for some reason on the Lost Episode Creepypasta Wiki, but a mirror of it was made on Spinpasta Wiki with a few changes. spinpasta.fandom.com/wiki/Club_Joey

Most songs used in the 2D-animated Thomas reboot. It's probably just a personal opinion/bias of mine since I have a different way of thinking and don't think the Thomas reboot is as bad as others think. I think the controversies surrounding the show caused me to get interested, since I also have some bile fascination in my mind. Other songs everyone else hates that I like includes: "Put Your Hearts Up" by Ariana Grande Madonna's cover of "American Pie" Alongside some others I don't remember.
