Ramon Film Productions and Wakaliaood Productions had released what is claimed to be "Uganda's First Action Movie" otherwise know as "Who Killed Captian Alex?" with a budget around $200. A low quality version of it is avalible for about $10 officially signed and a bunch of others carried in a care package. The DVD has no menu as Ugandaians have broken/no remote, so it would be easier. There is a clearer and cleaner version online with a commentary or known as a "video joker" in Uganda.
The reason that it is lost, according to the DVD is that the original, higher quality, without a video joker is lost. All that remains is a low quality DVD master. This was because of the "harsh working conditions" and that Nabawana IGG (creator) had to erase the high quality film from his hard drive in order to start his next film. The director/creator never thought anyone outside his village would ever see it.
I will edit on to this later: but here is all the info i got. Credit: I Hate Everything, RFP
