What i'm searching for is real
The reason it's a tad sketchy is because
1. It's rare as fuck
2. I have a vague memory of it

Well, I remember that it focused on 2 kids (puppet kids)
One of which coaxed his friend to play hooky from school with him to enter a radio contest by giving away a feather duster of his friends's mom to a Fox DJ at the radio station
The prize was either $5 or $100
There was also something about a broken window
and there were songs in it, one of them where a choir of kids are singing "Be Very Careful" while the DJ Fox puppet is ad libbing rap over it
not to mention the parental figures are mostly voice overs (read: off camera)

That's pretty much all i know

I remember the puppets look sorta like Under The Umbrella Tree in terms of design quality
