Possibly Lost Anime Film?

I remember when I was a kid, me and my sister saw this anime movie. I don't really remember much about it (or the title for that matter), but the only thing I remember was a scene where this school kid (the hero I assume) is playing the bassoon or clarinet in class (it was some kind of wind instrument) and he was interrupted when some fairy was hovering around his nose and he started sneezing. I've looked everywhere for a movie that has this scene but with no luck. My sister had a baby recently and I was thinking it'd be a good movie to show her son. If anybody could provide any info, it'd be much appreciated.
