Jake and the Never Land Pirates (Partially Found 2009 Pilot)

Hi, I would like some help with finding the pilot episode for the Disney Junior series Jake and the Never Land Pirates. The show was initially planned to air on Playhouse Disney. There are some things we know about the pilot so far, such as
1. The original title of the series was entitled “Jake’s Team Pirate” according to a TAG blog as well as tweet by Jake’s voice actor, Colin Ford.
Tweet:
I could only find the tweet. There is a forum on the TAG blog that mentions that Nibs was originally planned to appear in the series.
2. There are clips from the pilot featured in a Disney Junior Hong Kong promo. There’s also pictures afterwards for other pilots, including Doc McStuffins and Little Princess (Sofia the First pilot). The 3 pilots mentioned are shown from 0:58-1:04, and the Jake pilot is shown again at 1:10 to 1:12, with Jake, Cubby, and Izzy going down a slide. The promo is linked below:

According to an interview, the pilot was completed in 2009 and began production in late 2007.

We are far from close in finding the full thing, and as always any and all help is appreciated in finding new info and footage regarding the pilot.
