In early 2009, I was visiting my Nanny in another province. On TV, she was watching Turner Classic Movies and there was a weird film on there that was in Black & White (most likely from the 1950s or 1960s) that had two kids in a library as soon as I walked into the room. In the film, the younger kid asks what the word "afraid" means, as he has never felt scared. However, after he and a bunch of other kids go to a show with a creepy-looking animatronic mannequin, he stays to see if he's actually real. The mannequin scares him and he runs away (there is a wide shot with him running while a cat watches), then he meets a police officer and he tells him that he was afraid (and then they both celebrate the fact). Has anyone ever seen this film and can tell me what it is? Thanks.
