I saw this around 2004 or 2005 on the Fox News Channel (I know...). After interviewing some politician or whatever, the main anchor then went into a preview about "Jihadist groups using animated movies to recruit children"; there were clips shown appeared to some 1980's anime about a black-haired boy in an alley or dungeon (don't know enough anime of that era to identify it as being a certain one). The preview repeated a few times during the broadcast, but I never saw the full segment.
Since this was shown on Fox News in 2004 there is a large grain of salt to be taken when discussing this at face value, but I still want to know what this was about, or if I just hallucinated it, and if this jihadist cartoon actually exists where to find it. As I said before, I didn't see the full segment, just a preview.
