Garfield Movie\TV Special about a Talent Show

So, i remember that in the 2010's i saw a Garfield movie\TV special that i can't find online.
It was about a talent show or just some random show that was going to happen in Garfield's city.
At one time, a tall, grey cat wearing a overcoat and a hat appeared there, claiming he was a famous Hollywood actor or something. Everybody believed in him, except for Garfield (and Odie, but i'm not sure). Garfield started to get jealous of him, because everyone was walking after him.
One part that i remember vividly was that the "mysterious stranger" started to woo Arlene, making Garfield mad.
By the end of the movie, when the show is going to begin, Garfield pulls off the stranger's overcoat, revealing that he is actually Nermal, but with a mechanic suit to make him look taller. When asked about why he did that, he said that he wanted to get more attention towards him. I don't remember what happens after that.
For more info, it was animated in 2D like Garfield and Friends, but it had 30 minutes of duration. I think i saw it on Discovery Kids or Boomerang, but it looked that it was made in the 90's.
