Hey so just something I'm wondering about. I'm pretty sure I seen people looking for this song before but not sure if it was ever identified or found. In the 1993 movie "The Skateboard Kid" there is a song you can hear playing in a scene where the kid is flipping up groceries with his skateboard and putting them away. The song says "I'm gonna' take you on a sea cruise" you can hear it here when JonTron talks about the movie:

I wonder was it made for the movie? is it a full song? A soundtrack listing of this movie seems to be rather hard to find...

Awesome! It's one of those songs then! I'm thinking it's "The Isle Of Rock N Roll" by Freddie "boom boom" Cannon with The Mote Carlos. Sadly searching for that song yields no results...

yup that is the name of the song. I found a community page for the band that performed it The Mote Carlos asking if they have a copy I can listen to. It seems to have no online presence... This might turn into a lost media search if they don't have a copy of it...

It definitely is that song, it begins at 8:50 in the movie. Here’s the lyrics I could make out:
