I would like to preface this by saying I found this PSA while looking through compilations of 90s Nickelodeon commercials around 2016-18 and would like to see it again, but can't find it. This PSA might've aired on other channels, but I can't be sure.
It starts with a black and white polaroid image of a child with a plain black background, similar to this PSA from Scotland. Either a voice or text says something that I can't remember and it suddenly cuts to several black and white images of hate speech, most notably images of KKK meetings. Either a woman's or child's scream plays every time an image appears and then it fades to black with text referring to childhood innocence.
Was reading about that "ripped doll" PSA that was popular a while back and got reminded of this. Sorry for the short description, I don't remember that much from it. I hope this gets identified soon, so I can continue to wonder how this got aired on Nickelodeon of all places.
This sounds vaguely familiar as something I also saw in a commercials compilation, if it's what I'm thinking of it wasn't made by Nickelodeon, it was just a PSA that aired during one of their commercial breaks.

I can guarantee that it wasn't made by Nick, just that it aired on Nickelodeon. Glad to see other people remember it too.
