I'm not completely sure how to word this out, so I'm going to try to say it as simple as possible.
Bee Movie Lost Media. It exists. The only reason nobody (that I'm aware of) has searched for anything about it is due to the movie being scattered with memes and negative reviews from critics. I'm just going to put the links of my findings in a list here.

Bee Movie: A Very Jerry 2-Disc Edition (DVD)
Some things I'm aware of:
1. Dean Buzzwell used to be the tour guide (Scene Partially Found).
2. The original opening was a frisbee hitting the hive (Lost But Admitted).
3. There used to be more suicide jokes but removed mass amounts of them to keep the rating PG (Partially Found And Existence Admitted).
4. Bee Larry King was supposed to have an argument with Larry King (Scene Lost But Existence Admitted).
5. In the Bee Movie commentary the movie was compared to a Bee Elvis Convention
6. Ray Liotta used to have a bigger role in the film, such as him being on the plane and at NASA Mission Control (Scene Found).
UPDATE: In the Verry Jerry edition, there was an animatic of a deleted scene involving Barry asking permission from the Queen whether or not to sue the humans for "stealing" the honey. A 3D model of the Queen exists (in a link above), so maybe the scene got a bit farther in development than storyboard (I will classify this as "Existence Unconfirmed"). If the Queen model is actually a fan-made render, then I may update this update saying something about something.
UPDATE 2: I found a part where Barry talks to Adam about there being no car crashes and some Vanesa face movement tests
