Park and Party was a lost Cutie Cars webisode from 2018 which was produced by Moose Toys and Pixel Zoo, the same people who made all of the other Cutie Cars YT music videos.
Made presumably after the ''Ride it Out'' music video, the webisode was uploaded onto the MooseTube Squad (formerly Shopkins World - Cartoons for Children) YT channel in mid-2018, and was removed shortly after.
When trying to contact Moose about the webisode, they replied stating that this webisode was ''not designed for YouTube''.
The webisode was accidentally put on a Cutie Cars compilation on the official MooseTube Squad YT channel in 2019(?), but was removed shortly after.
On January 24, 2021, a YouTube user named ''Patrick Sarcol'' uploaded the webisode onto YouTube, and has stayed public ever since, and so I put it on the Internet Archive for everyone to see (link below).
We don't know exactly who Patrick Sarcol is, but one of my theories suggest that Patrick was a former employee at Moose who had a copy of the short, or maybe he was a collector trying to look for the short, or he simply just put the link of the video onto a YouTube to MP4 converter before it was removed.
And so, I present to you, ''Park and Party'', the lost Cutie Cars webisode.
