I'm pretty sure that a lot of his older deleted videos on his current YouTube channel have been mirrored and found by fans who managed to download them before he took them down, including "Apples and BREAKS" (though that one took two years for it to be found) and various other ones.
That said, we should be focusing on his even older "The Tales of Super Jon" series of videos as only three videos were made and all that has surfaced from them are clips.

The Gamer From Mars' video on JonTron's missing videos (which he admits in the video that he downloaded two of the three videos before they were privatized, but he won't release them out of fear of getting into legal trouble) and the Lost Media Wiki article about his "The Tales of Super Jon" series.
