Popeye's Oatmeal Commercial #3- Shark vs Wimpy- #4 Bee Bluto

In the late 80s, Popeye was the pitchman for a series of "Quaker Oatmeal" commercials (Voiced by Jeff Bergman in this series), before the religious group of the Quakers protested their name being used with such a violent character.
Two of the commercials exist all over youtube, namely:
1) Popeye introduces his new parrot, "Salty" to Olive Oyl and Bluto tries to steal it - www.youtube.com/watch?v=1cVOp3Y5O5Q
2) Popeye and Olive go on a Picnic with Swee' Pea, only to have aliens attempt to kidnap the child - www.youtube.com/watch?v=-9WRA9OuYro
And I remember there being a third one that has not yet surfaced:
3) Wimpy in a rowboat, is chased by a giant shark, saved by Popeye gaining strength by eating his oatmeal.
I found an animation cel online from this commercial, and remember it airing at the time, with a few strange caveats.
a) I remember this being sped up to a crazy degree, probably two times the speed, making an already pretty scarily animated shark seem that much more upsetting to a child.
b) The reason seemingly it was sped up was that it was likely originally a 30 second spot, played at double speed so the back half of the commercial could be used to advertise send away prizes - perhaps the Art Kit pictured above, though It might have been the promotion that was for a Popeye fanclub, or the free miniature comic books that were included at one time.
I would love to see this again, and doubly interesting, due to the controversy at the time of the original airing.
