Hi everyone, I don't know how much the lost media community is interested in old talk shows, but this particular show is something I have been researching and so I thought I would share my findings with all of you.
The show Jonovision seems to have only some old clips and episodes available on Youtube and the Internet Archive. Thankfully, it is not completely lost, as it is archived within the CBC Archives, but after reaching out to them they informed me they are not at liberty to make it publicly available due to union agreements. The CBC Archives Sales page does have all the episode titles, descriptions, and air dates. I've also found lots of information about the show on the Wayback Machine here.
My favorite band, Tegan and Sara, had one of their first television appearances on the show in 2000, and I have been researching that and trying to find it. I would love to see it be found. If you're interested in this episode particularly, all the information I have on it can be found on my website here.
I haven't seen much of a lost media search for old talk shows and reality television, but a lot of it seems to be lost. I think they're an interesting look into the past and the culture of the time. If anyone has memories of Jonovision or information about it, feel free to share it here. This is my first time posting in the forums, so I apologize if I've made any errors.

Living in Detroit I saw it over the local CBC channel 9 - which I can't receive anymore due to the digital transition, but that's neither here nor there. I remember it being in a block with Street Smarts and Degrassi and I only ever watched it for the music segments.
