Since we are getting close to the 20th anniversary of this program, I felt it was time to make a thread about it.
I don't know how many people will read this, but this is my most wanted piece of lost media. "100 Greatest Britons" was a TV series that was broadcasted by the BBC. The idea of the show was to conduct a poll to the population of the UK to determine who was the greatest briton that had ever lived, then the top 100 were revealed in order, but the top ten was kept a secret; you knew who were the people in the top 10, but you didn't know their placements.
The top 90 had a mini biography in the show; but each person in the top 10 had a full documentary narrated by a celebrity advocate, then you would vote for the person in the top 10 that you felt was the greatest briton of all time. The winner was Winston Churchill.
The show was a big hit, and it had tons of international spin-offs (the majority also being lost), so that's why I'm surprised that you have so little of it online, you can find the full Isambard Kingdom Brunel documentary, some clips of the Charles Darwin and William Shakespeare docs, the intro of the show and the short bios of John Lydon and Enoch Powell.

I've been looking for this show for about 3 years, I'm not from the UK so finding stuff from this show is hard, so if anyone here is from the UK and has some info or wants to help with the search it would be really cool.
