Ok, so when I was really little, like 3-4 (2003-2004) I used to watch this education VHS at night that we would rent from the library. It was very 2D, like early Mario games 2D, the floor was black and the background was a dark, bright blue. There were two characters, a dog and a cat and they would pop things into existence, like shoes, tennis balls, tennis rackets. One of the segments they played table top tennis, in another they did multiplication with red and yellow striped shoes, another segment had one of them call the other out on a lie, and a narrator came in saying "that's not a lie, you're just not telling the whole truth" and explained the difference between white lies and full lies. This is my holy grail of unidentified media, I've been searching for it for my whole life. If anyone can help me I will be extremely greatful. I live in Canada btw. It was old, my mom predicts from the 90s or possibly late 80s.
