The Internet Pokémon fan community has long known a song called "It Takes Two" sung by Veronica Taylor and Rachael Lillis in-character as Ash and Misty. It's a reworded version of the 1966 hit single by Marvin Gaye and Kim Weston. The MP3 has been circulating since around 2003/2004. However, the audio was apparently taken from a TV commercial that showcased the Double Battle gameplay style of Ruby and Sapphire, which allegedly aired in 2003 around the time the English versions of those games were released (which might explain why Misty is present instead of May: although the first two Advanced episodes aired as a sneak peek when the games were released, the current dub season was still Master Quest in Johto, meaning Misty was still a main character and May's voice might not have been finalized yet, though Veronica Taylor ended up voicing her in both the sneak peek and the episodes proper).
In any case, while the song itself is easy to find, this video has been missing for years. The Bulbapedia talk page says it only aired two or three times on Kids' WB, and never during Pokémon. Apparently PPN is the site who originally shared the song, but when contacted about the video, they no longer had it. On the song's talk page, PokemonTrainerLisa also mentions she met Veronica Taylor at New York Comic Con and asked her about the song. Taylor was surprised, because she was under the impression the video was only to be used internally, and was never meant for broadcast.
I don't know how much of this is all true, but the song exists, and it's obviously Veronica Taylor and Rachael Lillis. If it aired on Kids' WB around the time of the game release, it would have been in March, maybe early April of 2003. It really bothers me that clean audio of this entire thing exists, but absolutely no video of any kind. For what it's worth, I've seen a full recording of the Pokémon Advanced sneak preview event (March 15, 2003), and it's not in there.
