I vividly remember hearing a pretty strange song on a Scottish based radio station sometime in 2018/2019 (though the song itself may be older) that has been stuck on my mind all this time and I just want to finally try and get some kind of closure for it.
The song was performed by a female artist (don’t remember if anyone else was involved but the majority was just one person), it was decently long, entirely in autotune and generally followed a very monochromatic tune. I don’t believe they used many instruments if at all, instead having the main beat simply being the artist repeatedly making a “bah bah bah bah bah bah bah bah” sort of sound. The rest of the song was essentially an autotuned conversation on the phone between a mother (only remember mother specifically being said but it very well could have been about a family in general) and was seemingly in a futuristic setting. Overall the song felt pretty calming if not a tad bizarre.
Beyond that I can’t really describe it well but there was a moment I remember where the artist makes a really high pitch “hello?” Followed with a toned down “Is that yooou~ on the phone?” Or something of the like (again, been like 4 years lol).
That’s all I know about the song unfortunately, hope this is enough info 😅
