Strange snippets recorded off a Canadian radio station

In the early 1990s, my father and a friend of his would record from a station called CKUT FM (which is still present to this day, but unfortunately no longer airs the shows that played these pieces), and would record the snippets onto a cassette/collage tape. I have many snippets, but I will only send the the ones I feel are necessary to my search so as to not take up too much space in this post. Keep in mind that neither Shazam nor YouTube's music identification system was capable of identifying these pieces.

1. "Tribal Woodstock" temporary title I've given to a series of clips of a dark ambient piece. <--- CKUT

2. "Mr. Chimes" another temporary title I've given to an ambient piece which presumably rearranges the sounds of the Westminster chimes. <--- This may or may not be from CKUT

Edit: also it's a long shot, but I'm really hoping someone here can identify this music.
