Lost ebook that goes along with the show The Following?

Today I found out I can rewatch The Following, one of my favorite tv shows, for free on cwtv. When rewatching it, I remembered that fox may have released a book(s) that go along with the show, and sure enough I found a link to this ebook which was released. It's on books.apple.com though and it doesn't seem like it can be downloaded anymore (unless I need something like the app to get it?) - and it's possibly also on itunes here but I can't get the intunes link to load fully for me. 

I would love to download and see this ebook because I never got to see it. Any help is appreciated on recovering it.
