In 2018 I had seen an interview with Bob Geldof on Vintage TV within the Needle Time section which was hosted by Neil McCormick. i remember a lot of what Geldof was talking about was about The Boomtown Rats. have spent the last few years looking for it, which has been nothing but a struggle with no results coming up as the TV station is now defunct (so as all of their social media), only evidence I have of its existence is two video teasers released to the Vintage TV YouTube, one on March 1st 2018, the other july 29th 2015 and a photo I had taken while watching it. I have no idea if this is lost media but seeing how hard I've looked for it with no results I'm starting to think it is. if you guys have any leads or possibly the video I would be eternally grateful if you could lend me a hand. thank you <3
yes I've tried emailing them and going through the internet archive (which only brought up hints it existed but no video) but there's no trace and they never got back to me.
evidence of it existing at one point (they're the same clip sadly but might add some leads to another showing of it due to from different years?):
