World of Longplays uploaded an interesting longplay of a PS1 game just recently & it was something that I did NOT expect at all. It was a fully complete version of Titus' Superman PS1 game. Yes, the complete version & not the beta that had been circulating the internet for a while. Apparently it DID see a release in very limited quantities in Europe around 2000, right around the time they lost the Superman license, making it one of the rarest PS1 games ever released.

Coyote & the Vectorman series. Plus Ninja Golf on the Atari 7800, College's Football National Championship for the Sega Genesis, the Genesis World League Baseball series, Spider-Man: Web of Fire for the Sega 32X & Goosebumps: Attack of the Mutant for Windows 95.
