Yeah, it shouldn't be a problem.
So, go to Profile > Edit Profile > Personal like you did with your signature. To add an image, put the url between the img brackets and it should display. However, for the alignment, you'll have to add a bit more to get it how you want it.

I tried to type it out in the original comment, but it didn't go through well. I think it should still work for signatures, but the img brackets thing would be like this:
