Cartoon with a character drinking out of a hose?

I am asking about this based on an extremely vague memory of something that I saw on television, most likely between 2002 and 2006. I vaguely remember a cartoon scene where a character who was possibly a male human was shown as drinking either coffee or water out of a jug, then from a hose or fire hose, and finally, they were shown as receiving the liquid from an intravenous drip while they were lying down on a bed. I also remember that the character was making loud gulping noises in the part where they were drinking from a hose. I am quite confident that these scenes were shown in quick succession, and that they were not from widely-spaced parts of the cartoon episode.

I know that this sounds quite similar to that episode of Futurama where Fry decided to spend three hundred dollars on three hundred cups of coffee, but that does not have a scene where Fry ingests coffee from a hose or from an IV drip.

It is also possible that the cartoon in question came from a video tape rental shop; if so, then the cartoon was most likely to have been intended for kids.
