This short-lived show came to my attention due to the Family Guy season 4 episode "North By North Quahog" as it was one of the many shows Peter listed off in the cold-open that had been greenlit and cancelled during the time when Family Guy was off the air, I was able to find pretty much every show mentioned by Peter except for this one:link
Sounds like an interesting show in that it's focused on an Irish-American family, as FOX would later try to do the whole "dysfunctional Irish family" plot again with "Grounded for Life"(only to treat it poorly and cancel it, thankfully The WB would rescue it and give the show the respect it deserved).
Very true. Though sometimes they do surprisingly get officially, like the short-lived Kevin Hart sitcom "The Big House" I was very surprised to see that show pop up on Tubi with how fast it got cancelled.
