Series of weird Deus Ex videos, possibly Machinima?

I remember years ago (no idea how long), I saw some weird series of videos made in the original Deus Ex game and they had a storyline and one video lead onto the next. It was as if the creator took the original Deus Ex plot and made it into a weird cinematic spit up into a number of videos, a bit like these two videos:
The machinima channel came into my head when I remembered this but I don't know if what I am looking for was anything to do with them back in the day or not. I am sure I remember one video was at the X-51 Vandenberg level and it was outside the base on the path were you walk down to meet Jock and Tracer Tong at the end of the mission and in the video it looked like either another vehicle or Jocks helicopter was trying to land or something but I remember it was flying around weird in the sky or something like that or it was a black van moving weirdly around. I also have vague memories of Star Wars/Star Trek type references in the videos too, unless I am mis remembering what I watched. I don't remember much else and doing a search for these videos, I have not found what I am looking for yet. Anyone have any idea what I am mentioning? I know its a bit vague, but I don't remember much.
