Can Anyone Identify The English Voice Cast In This Cartoon?

Not sure who exactly, but I will say what they sound like to me. Likely not to be the true voice actors, that's for sure(for all we know, these could've just been some obscure New Jersey talent lol):

The narrator sounds like Sally Acorn from Sonic SATAM, so probably Kath Soucie? That's my best guess on that.

The blue wolf with the yellow eye sounds like Dan Green trying to do a deeper voice than his usual performances. I know that sounds strange, but that's all I can think of.

The young boy sounds a bit familiar, but I can't really grasp on it.

The mother wolf sounds like Sonja Bell to me, sort of a deeper Jane Read.

The brother wolf that wants to hear about duck hunting sounds like some angry Littlefoot, so I was thinking of Thomas Dekker, who voiced Littlefoot in the 6th Land Before Time movie, The Secret of Saurus Rock alongside movies 7 through 9. Meanwhile the ones that wants to hear about the stories of the men sounds like... IDK, some usual 9 year old boy? It's kind of hard to consider what kind of character he sounds like.

The 2 adult humans in the boys' backstory are also a bit familiar: the woman, essentially the boy's mother, sounds like a more hollerish Queen Aleena, so I myself thought of Gail Webster. The man not willing to take care of the kid? Well, imagine Eggman from Sonic X, but without the hardended feel of a dry mouth & you sort of get this man. So, essentially Mike Pollock.
