Hi! This is my first time posting here, so I hope things go well...
I was reading a book when I found this photo of cosplayers:
The photo was taken at Hong Kong Comics Festival in Hong Kong, Tuesday, July 19, 2005 (according to the source of the photo, which is here).
I want to know the name of every character being cosplayed in this photo, but I know the names of only three of the characters:
As you can see, I have no idea who the centre-left character (with the frilly mullet dress and streaked hair) and the centre-right character (with the headphones/visor combination) are. The only clues I have as to who these characters are is that they were originally created before July 19, 2005, and that the source/s of both characters was imported into Hong Kong (like Trapt, Toy Story and Chuuka na Janshi Tenho Painyan seem to have been).
I've posted this photo en masse on MyAnimeList's threads for identifying anime and manga characters, and have also posted this photo multiple times on the Who Board on the Anime Characters Database, but no-one would tell me the names of the two mystery characters.
I've also tried looking for the identities of the two characters using the character search engine on the Anime Characters Database (where I can search for characters using hair colour, hair length, year and tags, along with other options) but I still cannot identify those characters.
If someone could find the names of the two mystery characters, I'd be so grateful!

- Far left is Bo Peep from Toy Story (odd choice of character to cosplay...)
