I believe it was called Henry the Cat but I ain't sure, it followed a sombrero wearing cat named Henry that would go into a restaurant, the owner or manager would give Henry his menu and he would reject a few things before setting on a food item, but the thing was up there was missing ingredient (or inmone episode he just ordered grapes, they were missing) and he would be informed of that so he would have to go through different areas with major ormredurring characters to eventually be able to get it. He would then have his dish served up. He would also greet the audience at the start of the episode. It might have aired on Nick Jr., Minimax or JimJam
