Good morning! I recently had a random thought of when I was younger and living on the Pacific coast in the 90s. My family didn't have cable at the time, so sometimes I would randomly channel surf to see what I could find outside of CBS, NBC, ABC, and the like, especially when cartoons weren't on. This is how I watched a fair amount of random programming on PAX TV but that's not the topic of this XD (though kudos to you if you remember that network too!)
One of the things I came across was a Korean language channel, and finding it pretty fascinating. Not sure if it was local, or could be found in other areas.
If you grew up with only network TV channels in the 80s/90s/early 00s (long before widespread internet access/streaming), do you remember any "random" foreign language channels in your area?
