[S] Vivid Gumby Memory Called Into Question

When I was a very little kid, I used to watch Gumby a lot on VHS. I'm pretty sure the tapes are gone forever though. A lot of the Gumby episodes and stuff in the movie scared me a lot (my dad said when he was growing up it scared him too but I guess he still didn't think it was bad to show me lol). I enjoyed it anyways though. There was one part that I thought for sure I remembered that really was especially upsetting to me.
A few of the characters went down a slide or conveyer belt or something and became fused accidentally. I very vividly remember an x-ray or something similar shown to them by another character showing the inside of how they were fused, and I think it looked similar to how the cross-section view of the Earth looks.
I remembered this very well (or so I thought) for years.

I was watching Gumby episodes on YouTube a while ago, maybe a few months ago or last year, and I thought I had found this exact clip, but there was no cross-section view. I was really shocked.
I'm confused about this, because either it was a case of child me letting my imagination replace my memory of what really happened because I imagined a really scary scenario, or maybe this was something cut from some releases because of being too scary. I guess the too scary thing is probably pretty unlikely due to how many scary things happen in Gumby cartoons that it seems like were thought to be completely ok to show.
I guess if it's true that was never there, it's another great example of how memories can seem extremely real but actually be complete fabrications, which is kind of scary. Though I was extremely young at the time.
I just wanted to post this here on the off chance anyone else remembers this and it isn't completely a fake memory.
