Translators are the ones we thank for giving us media and other content we otherwise wouldn't have known about, and sometimes we have to rely on fan translations for series that interest us if there's nothing official. But sometimes fan translations aren't enough, what if it's not up to date? or what if there aren't fan translators at all, if it's something especially obscure?
I'm curious, what is something you would like to see have an official release in your language? For me, it would be the Beyblade Metal Saga manga. There's a fan translator on Instagram who's working on translating the manga, but she hasn't updated it since March (and she's only on Metal Masters too). And another one, a mobile game Show by Rock: Fes a Live. It has more fan translators, but the fan translations for the main story are only up to Chapter 1 Section 7 :[. And the character episodes for my favorite character, Aion, only have 1 fan translated so far.
I'm very thankful for the fan translators doing what they do! The only thing I'm disappointed about is the lack of official content, which I'm sure they can agree with as fans themselves. And the Beyblade translator has alot of work to do all by herself, I wish her well.
Any sort of translation for Sugar Sugar Rune! The manga DID get a release here, but not the anime. I don't even think there's any official subbed home media releases here either.
