Have y'all heard of the 1950 or 1940 movie "A Dead Mans Treat"
I was around 9 (2016) when my parents were watching television and I was playing with an old TV we had with recordings and there was a weird commercial for a horror movie, "A Dead Man's Treat" (I was 9 and didn't know very well so the name might've misheard it that well since I am Greek and the commercial had a translated title)
I remember some information like it being a Canadian production, it was a horror movie of the time, I remember from the advertisement it said "Watch a man come/crawl(?) from hell into poor (?)'s life as he obsessed over in the living world and now he'll drag her with him" it was very creepy with stills and clips from the film, I remember a scene where the man from hell melts his face off to horrify the woman, since then we've thrown away the TV and I've lost the film
Additional information: The "Dead Man" was a Caucasian male, wearing a fancy tuxedo and tie, slick brown hair and very pale skin, some scenes depict him with a skull with glowing dots as eyes, in the other hand there was a woman with blonde hair, a pretty dress very tight, usually with a fluffy scarf around her neck and a headband, she is depicted with a pigtail sometimes. There were maids on scene sometime with short hair usually of old age, in some scenes a burning forest is shown, and text in a weird sheriff like font is shown, only dialogue I remember from other people is one maid with a bowtie and hair like curly hair saying "You know he was a good man, (?) he, he (?) (?) so well"
Can you all help me to verify if it's even true cause this terrified me as a child and I'd love to see it again
