Recess: The First Day of School cancelled DTV movie

So I heard about this movie when checking out Recess's TV Tropes page yesterday (watched the theatrical movie and the episode preceding it, or rather half of it because of how the episodes can get mixed up for some reason), and I looked into it. But amongst all the Wikis and sites mentioning it, I could never find the actual supposed press release announcing the movie. People just referred to that fan Wiki's page on it that was there since 2011 but in itself had no sources to speak of. The claim of this movie made its way around the internet, even being mentioned on Wikipedia's list of unproduced animated Disney projects with a "citation needed" note, but how come nobody at any point had or dug up the press release or Walt Disney Home Video listing or what have you that would actually prove the film's existence? Maybe it really is just on some obscured Wayback Machine capture or Walt Disney Home Video flyer somewhere, but otherwise how are we sure this isn't just another hoax some fan made up that just happened to make the rounds on Wikipedia, TV Tropes, fan Wikis and fan circles? Especially when they already did a Recess DTV movie that was specifically a prequel story for these characters and actually included Gus as well?
