A Canadian PSA About Drugs.

Ok so, this is what I remember about this PSA. It aired in the Mid to Late 2000s and it was about drugs. It was a woman walking into a pharmacy (?) and purchasing a bottle of pills. After she grabs the bottle, Two people wearing masks rob the store and hold her at gunpoint. The Ad went black and said something like "Do we need to hold you at gunpoint for you to stop taking harmful drugs?" I'm pretty sure that's what it said but I'm not 100% sure. I think the Ad was made by the government of Canada but again, I'm not 100% sure. I brought this up to a friend and he remembered it but we tried looking for it and couldn't find anything.
