Not sure if it's really playable per se, but at least the graphics & sound seem to have been emulated properly.

I didn't find it, Dank2079 did. I just notified it being found. Who this Dank2079 is, we may never truly know.

Ok, I just didn't realize that now it's actually playable in MAME. Here's a particularly crazy 3-player game:

Note that the voices that are in the game are ANNOYING. Also this seems to be a later build than the Marble Man version, suggesting that the titular superhero character was dropped by this point in development.
