Both seasons of Netflix's Green Eggs and Ham use a heavy amount of licensed music...however, there's a song in Season 2 Episode 8 that I can't seem to be able to find.
The song can be heard in this clip, during the flashback of Sam-I-Am and his mother. It appears to be some kind of fifties jazzy crooner song. Here were the lyrics I could make out.

I looked up the lyrics, but I can't find a single song with all four of these lyrics together. I used some music-identifying apps, but they didn't help. Looking up the episode's soundtrack on IMDB was no help, because the only song listed is Paul Simon's "Mother and Child Reunion" when this song is clearly not that. I asked about it on r/NameThatSong but got no response.
Does anyone recognize this song, or have any idea what it could be? Is it possible that it's not a pre-existing song, but an original song that was given a retro fifties feel?
